Plot Maintenance & Upkeep

We take pride in maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of the community. Our plot maintenance activities include:
   – Cleaning and clearing plots, to maintain a hygienic environment.
   – Planting fruit trees and flower plants, to enhance the beauty and green cover of our plots.
   – Regularly watering the plants with the help of **borewells** that we have set up to ensure sustainable water usage.

Safetey and Security of Sites

We take care of the safety and security of our Members Sites, from encroachment and tresspassers. We have 24 hours security personnel and a Manager to superwise the activities in the layouts.

Sustainability & Green Initiatives

We are committed to creating a greener and more sustainable environment. Alongside regular maintenance, our focus is on planting more fruit trees, flower plants, and maintaining the landscape to promote biodiversity and improve the overall quality of life in our community.

Water Conservation

Water is a precious resource, and we have implemented the use of **borewells** to ensure that we can sustainably water our plants and maintain the greenery in our plots. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and the efficient use of resources.
