CAPOWA Monthly MC Meetings
MC Meeting on 09 Nov 2025
The following decisions have been taken during our meeting on 9th November 2025:
1. Numbering stones are finalized with a vendor. It was decided to buy 500 stones to be fixed in all the members’ sites.
2. Bore well will be deepened or fixed the motor as per the water availability in NRI 3 immediately.
3. Renovation of the securing room at Auriga 1, new security room and toilet in NRI 3 and renovation of security room with toilet along with an office room, kitchen and toilet in Auriga 3 will be done as soon as the design is approved by the Panchayat Office.
4. Landscaping of a common area of each layout will done based on the quotation received from the vendors.
5. Crossed the milestone of 500 members in our association. At present we have 503 members.
About Auriga Project:
We have a total of 1216 sites in all the three layouts put together. The details are as under:
NRI 3 – Total sites: 121. Civic amenities and parks: 2 nos.
Auriga 1 – Total sites: 682. Civic amenities and parks: 17 no.(small and big). Survey Nos. 242, 243, 246, 247, 248, 248/2, 249, 251/2, 260/4, 261/2, 262/1, 262/2, 263, 264, 265, 270, 271.
Auriga 3 – Total sites: 413. Civic amenities and parks: 9 nos (small and big). Survey Nos. 216, 217/1, 217/2, 219/1, 219/2, 222, 224, 226.

Today’s highlights
CAPOWA membership base reached at 472.
AGM is fixed on 14th September 2025 at Auriga Club House, Thoranahalli.
Sites and common areas cleaning is going on in Auriga 3 and then Auriga 1 and NRI 3.
Drainage cleaning will take place soon.
Decided to fix the stones in all the members’ sites.
