Highlights from the AGM 2025

Dear members

The following important decisions have been taken in our 7th AGM on 14th September 2025

1. Minutes of the last year AGM and Audited accounts for the year 24-25 have been approved by the AGM.

2. Annual Report of the last year also approved.

3. It was decided to put new granite stone with the site number in all members sites. The committee has got two quotes out of that whichever is better quality and price will be decided soon.

4. The drainage in front of all members sites will be cleaned soon.

5. The security rooms in Auriga 1 and 3 will be renovated and a security room will be built in NRI3. The possibility of construction of an office in Auriga 3 will be done.

6. Electrification work in all the layouts will be completed soon. The association has already given payment for three meters in each layout.

7. CG wants the Association to construct the swimming pool once members start construction of their house. They will give association two sites for the construction cost.

8. CG will give about 10000 sq. ft land to the association for the development of STP in all the three layouts. The land for the same is to be the common areas in the layouts.

9. It was decided to dig another bore well in NRI3 as the current digged one has very little water.

10. It was decided to place one security person in NRI3.

11. The AGM decided to appoint a part time accounts person to help the Treasurer in day to day accounts.

12. The AGM decided to increase the membership charges from 1st October 2025 as detailed below and charge 10% penalty on the members who have not paid their maintenance charges more than a year.

New membership fee:

1. Upto 1200 sq ft Rs.8000

2. 1201 to 1500 sq ft Rs.12000

3. 1501 to 2400 sq ft Rs.17000

4. 2401 to 3600 sq ft Rs.25000

5. 3601 and above Rs.30000
