MemberShip & AMC Payments

CAPOWA Request all Members to pay the Maintenance charges on time.

Maintenance charges are based on the Size of the Plot. Currently it is 25 Paisa per Square feet for each month. You can calculate the maintenance charges payable: PlotSize-in-Sq.ft * 0.25 * Number-of-Months. Eg. For paying 6 months maintenance charges for a plot size of 1200 Sq.ft (30 x 40): 1200 * 0.25 * 6 = Rs. 1,800 + Razorpay Charges (2% of the amount) + GST (30 % of the charges). So to 1,800 please add Rs. 37 as charges and Rs. 12 as GST. So the toal amount payable will be: 1,800 + 37 + 12 = 1849.

New Membership

CAPOWA Invites all Plot Owners to take membership in the association by paying the one-time membership fee. The Membership Fee is based on the size of the plot, as follows:

1. Up to 1200 sq ft. – Rs. 7,000
2. Above 1200 to upto 1500 sq ft – Rs.10,000
3. Above 1500 to upto 2400 sq ft – Rs.14,000
4. Above 2400 and upto 3600 sq ft – Rs. 20,000
5. Above 3600 sq ft – Rs. 25,000

Payment for New Membership

Please note that the Razorpay Charges and GST calculation will differ by 1 or 2 Rupees, as the Charges and GST calculated on the amount you enter on the screen for transferring (and not on 1800). So, if you enter 1847, they calculate 2 % of this amount as Charge.
